A virtual tour, sometimes called a “digital twin,” lets people walk through a place from their phone or computer. It could be a factory, a campus, a home or an event. We build it from real photos, or from 3D images when the place is not built yet.

DigitalMotives Technologies Private Limited is a digital studio, headquartered in Hyderabad and working with clients across India and abroad. We build websites, virtual tours, digital twins, VR training simulators and video for factories, schools and universities, property developers, governments, airports, energy and shipping companies, and attractions.

How do we receive the finished work, and how does it fit our website?
It depends on what suits you. You can have a link that we host, an embed that you place inside your existing website, or a custom connection where your own system uses our content. For websites and web apps, we build everything.
Can we host it ourselves, even on a private network?
Yes. We can hand over the files or source code for your own servers, private cloud or company network. If your site is sensitive, we plan this at the start, including how updates are delivered.
How do you keep our information confidential?
We sign an NDA before we receive plans, footage or documents, and your materials stay yours. Only the people working on your project can access them, and we follow your site rules for restricted areas. Read our Security and IP Guidelines for details.
What information does this website collect?
None automatically. This website sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. The contact form only prepares a message that you choose to send by email or WhatsApp. On client projects, anything we collect, such as enquiry forms, is agreed in writing, and we design with GDPR, CCPA and India's DPDP Act in mind. See our Privacy Policy.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size. As a guide, a virtual tour takes about 3 to 6 weeks from filming to launch, a website or web app 6 to 12 weeks, and a VR training simulator 3 to 6 months. We confirm the schedule in your proposal.
What happens when you come to film at our site?
We first walk through with you to agree what to film and which areas are off limits. We follow your safety rules, wear any required protective gear, and fly drones only where allowed. Filming usually takes one to three days, and we can work around your shifts so production keeps running.
What happens after launch?
We offer support plans that cover updates, hosting help, content changes and regular speed checks. Response times and support hours are written into your agreement.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We are in Hyderabad and have delivered projects for clients in India, the Middle East and the United States. We can schedule calls across time zones and build in many languages.

This website is operated by DigitalMotives Technologies Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“DigitalMotives”, “we”). We are based in India. If you contact us from another country, your data will be processed in India and by the providers you use to reach us.

7. Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and for legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time, unless we must keep them by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither). Under the DPDP Act you may also seek grievance redressal and nominate another person to exercise your rights. To use any right, email hemanthreddynaini@digitalmotives.tech. We respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

5. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted.

Some live experiences linked from this site run on other domains, operated by us or our partners, and may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Security and IP Guidelines

These guidelines describe how we approach confidentiality, security and ownership on client projects. Your project agreement sets the binding terms.

Confidentiality and NDAs

We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before we receive plans, footage, manuals or models, and we use client materials only for the project they were shared for.

Ownership of client materials

Footage, documents, models and data you provide remain your property. We do not use them for other clients.

Access control

Access to your materials and project environments is limited to the people working on your project.

Site capture

We follow your site rules for safety, restricted areas and photography, and we fly drones only where permitted. You can review captured material before anything is published.

Ownership of deliverables

Ownership of custom deliverables passes to you as set out in your agreement. We keep our pre-existing tools and libraries and license them to you as needed. Third-party components are licensed under their own terms and are identified in the handover.

Deployment options

Projects can be hosted by us, deployed to your own cloud, or delivered for on-premise and intranet use, scoped during discovery.

AI assistants

Where a project includes an AI assistant, we train it only on the material you supply for that project.

Reporting a security concern

If you believe you have found a vulnerability on this website or in a delivered project, email hemanthreddynaini@digitalmotives.tech with “Security” in the subject line. Please give us reasonable time to respond before disclosing publicly.
